Our story

From frustration to platform

Naviooai exists because AI support tooling kept making the same promises and breaking them: chat that gave wrong answers, hid behind confusing credit pricing, and couldn't actually do anything.

So we built a platform around three ideas. Train the assistant on a company's real knowledge, so answers are grounded and cited. Let it take genuine actions: book, look up, resolve, not just talk. And make the handoff to a human effortless, because the best support blends both.

We build in small, honest increments and ship what works: from solo founders to the agencies running bots for their clients. We're optimising for the same thing we started with: support people actually trust.
